What data and why
For an order we keep your name, address, email address, phone number and what you bought, and for an order on behalf of a business also the company name and VAT number. We use this data to deliver your order, for any returns or complaints and for our accounts.
If you request a quote or send us a message, we keep what you fill in so that we can answer your question.
Payment is handled by our payment provider MultiSafepay; we do not see your card details. Your password is stored encrypted, so even we cannot read it.
Sharing and retention
We only use your data ourselves and do not pass it on to third parties, except to those we need in order to process payment for and ship your order. We never rent out or sell it. We do not keep it longer than necessary, and our accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
In your browser we store your basket and, if you log in, your session. We use Alexander (alxndr.ai) to measure visits to the website, without cookies and without personal data.
Your rights
You can always view your data, have it corrected or erased, and delete your account yourself via My account. To do so, email info@janssenparketvloeren.be. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
