About this product
Milieu parquet oil is a water-based oil by Blanchon for parquet, plank floors, stairs, joinery and worktops indoors. It is rolled straight onto the sanded wood: no buffing by hand or machine is needed. It is odourless and dries quickly, so the room can be used again soon.
The Ultra Naturel (Effet Nature) tint was developed to keep the original, untreated look of light wood species. Blanchon recommends it only on light-coloured wood. The oil does not yellow.
For everyday cleaning use Blanchon Natural Soap, Blanchon Lagoon or Blanchon Powerful Cleaner. Worn areas are easy to touch up locally.
How to use it
- Sand to bare wood, vacuum and make sure it is dry and free of wax, soap or old oil.
- Shake well, do not thin. Do not apply below 12 °C.
- Apply 3 thin coats with a short-pile roller, brush along the edges.
- Wait approx. 1 hour between coats (48 hours at most) and sand lightly before the final coat.
