About this product
An oiled floor that has turned dull or grey along the walkways does not need sanding straight away. Ciranova Maintenance Oil lets you apply a thin new layer of oil that restores protection and appearance. Regular use can postpone a costly and time-consuming renovation.
It is a universal maintenance oil: suitable for floors, stairs and furniture finished with hardwax oil, and also for factory UV-oiled floors. This version is clear and extra matt.
First clean the floor thoroughly to remove soap residue and ground-in dirt, rinse with water and let it dry well. Then apply the oil thinly and, after a few minutes, buff it dry with a white pad.
For weekly maintenance afterwards, use Ciranova Parketzeep (floor soap).
How to use it
- Clean the floor thoroughly with an intensive cleaner (remove soap residue), rinse with water and let it dry.
- Remove all dust.
- Apply the oil thinly and evenly and let it penetrate for a few minutes.
- Buff dry with a white pad; on small areas use a lint-free cloth.
- Drying time approx. 4 hours; ready for use after 12 hours.
