WOCA Master Colour Oil, extra white

About this product

WOCA Master Colour Oil is a tinted oil for the base treatment of untreated, freshly sanded wooden floors indoors. It gives colour and protection in one step: the oil brings out the natural grain and character of the wood and protects against water and dirt. If you wish, it can be overcoated with lacquer later.

The extra white tint is more heavily pigmented than white and gives an even lighter, clearly white floor.

For maintenance, clean the floor no sooner than 7 days after oiling, using a white soap for oiled floors. This keeps the light tone and builds up the protection.

How to use it

• Sand the wood with a final grit of 100 to 120 and vacuum thoroughly. Wood moisture max. 12%; floor, room and product temperature between 15 and 30 °C.
• Dampen the wood with WOCA Intensive Wood Cleaner and let it dry at least 8 hours.
• Shake the can well before and during use; mix cans with different batch numbers.
• Apply the oil evenly with a short-pile lacquer roller (4 to 6 mm), in areas of max. 10 m². Let it soak in for 10 to 15 minutes and top up dry spots.
• Work the oil in with a buffing machine and beige pad (or a hand pad) until the wood is saturated and remove the excess with lint-free cotton cloths.
• After 12 to 24 hours buff again with approx. 1 dl of oil per 10 to 12 m².
• Keep the floor dry and do not clean it for the first 7 days.
