About this product

Rectavit Terrace Cleaner is an active deep cleaner for outdoor stone surfaces: patio tiles, paths, driveways, pavers and slabs in natural stone, concrete, sandstone, flint and ceramic (glazed or unglazed), and terracotta.

It removes stains and dirt, including organic and animal soiling, which reduces the risk of slipping. It contains no acids or abrasives and does not make the stone porous. At the correct dilution it does not affect surrounding materials or plants.

It is used diluted with water: stronger for the first big clean after winter, weaker for maintenance every two months. Tackle green deposits first with Rectavit Green Deposit Remover.

How to use it

  • Remove loose dirt with a broom or brush; brush away large patches of moss first.
  • Dilute: after winter 1 l in 10 l water, heavily soiled 2.5 l in 10 l water, maintenance every two months 0.5 l in 10 l water.
  • Wet the patio, apply the mix generously and spread with a scrubbing brush.
  • Leave for a few minutes without letting it dry and scrub until the dirt comes loose.
  • Rinse at least twice with clean water.
